When I paste text (of a different format) into a cell with a different
format, a small Paste Option icon appears on the bottom right hand

softwares.  Both put menu items into the Excel 2003 menu at the very
top.  I have uninstalled the apps but the menu selections still appear
in Excel.  How can I get rid of these?
