I have created a chart with a secondary y-axis. I have unchecked the
y-axis's tickboxes and so on so that it is effectively hidden. The

Whenever I start up Excel 2002, I get an Installer dialog box that opens that

I am needing to modify a toolbar button. I am familiar with the process to
accomplish this, however this option (and several others) are grayed out on
the menu. Obvious question, how do I remove the gray? Thank you.
