I have a range of cells with the green triangle in the upper left corner indicating a formula error. The cells haven't got formulas in them, they contain numbers in a text format. How do you hide those annoying little green triangles?

I am not sure that a vlookup is the way to go, but let me explain what I am doing. There is an existing spreadsheet that the last column (furthest right) lists the date of a visit. I need to take that date, and auto populate it to a seperate spreadsheet.

I'm pretty new to Excel ... I want to emulate my formatting in Word of a title with several bulleted subpoints indented and under it. Every time I hit "Enter" for a new line, I get skipped to a new cell. Any help will be appreciated.
