I have a column which includes dates when items were purchased.  I have
used the DATEDIF function to find the number of years between that date
and today's date.  I now want to decrease the purchase amount 10% for
every year calculated via the DATEDIF function.  

I've seen [$-409] in some number formats and I was looking through the help files to see if I could find out what it means.  I
couldn't find anything on it.  I've also seen [$-F800].  Does anyone know what these codes are for or where I can find info telling
me what they are for ...

Hello.  I have a Excel file that contains a large list of Tracking Numbers.  
The tracking numbers are from two sets of order types- Internet orders and

I am running into a problem when I try and run a macro that copies a
sheet that has a pivot table in it and moves it to another folder and
then copys-past special-values the sheet.  When I try and run macros
that do this I get an error message when the macro finishes processing

Calling all gurus. I'm attempting to create a self-sorting 'Standings'
table that uses a whole wack of lookup tables to sort my March Madness
pool by points standings, then alphabetically if two people are tied.
The problem is, how does excel know which player comes first? I've been
