I have some worksheets where some, but not all of the gridlines are missing. Using Tools/Options/View and unchecking and then checking makes no difference. Any solution? I'd like to have them.

I made the mistake of getting up from the computer without saving and my son closed my workbook. Can I recover the workbook with the new items as I was working on the document long enough for the auto recovery to save a few times? There is about an hours worth of work i lost.

If you select a range of cells and COPY, then cancel the copy by pressing ESC, there is a long (10+ second) delay while it clears the copy selection. I'm aware this isn't a major issue, but it is very annoying. I'm interested if anyone else is seeing it.

I work for a pretty small company, and I am the so called Excel " expert " ( which means I know about 1% of most of you)...my problem is...we are doing a piece rate time sheet, It is from an ancient Lotus 123 that I converted into excel, and it works fine...all the info works.

We use a system of monitoring duties using excel, with spreadsheets that are protected with passwords to modify by certain personnel. The worksheets within are password protected to prevent deletion of formula in certain locked cells/columns. Other cells are not locked

I have two sheets in a workbook. One is a Summary sheet, and the next is titled "Bldg 5". What I am trying to make sure is that the range A1:K20 on the Bldg 5 sheet has had data entered to them (ie, they are not blank).
