Is there any fiture for liner programing in excel

I have a real problem - that is getting to me, ok here goes
sheet 1 lists transactions by departments
on sheet 2 I would like to be able to add up the transactions for each dept.
The problem is that the dept is column D but the amount is Column I

Getting blank pages in preview box after work even tho nothing is in there.
Any one got any ideas please thank you

I used the formula =IF(A1=0,9,A1-1) to get this.  Notice that the top
and bottom numbers return to itself.  How do I do it on the + side?
Going past 10 is when it takes me for a loop.  I can understand the

on sheet1, a range 60 x 7 cells, all condtionally formatted but not all used
(i.e. data content may be blank).

I'm using a program "Exact" witch uses an Excel add-in.
Every time Exact starts using Excel, a message is shown that an ActiveX
component is intizializing. I have to choose OK every time.
Their 2 pc's with this problem, my other pc's are working fine with this

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to import and autocad .dwg file into
Excel??
