I use Windows XP home edition and Microsoft Office 97.
Excel has suddenly started truncating the file name to the first letter of
the file name.

Hi, I have a bunch of documents that are .csv in excel.  WHat I am doing is
opening each, deleteing a bunch of colums, autowidth and then saving the file
in another folder as an .xls file.  I have everything working but the
filename.  I cannot figure out how to do the following:

Several of my toolbar buttons are associated with macros. Whenever I
update the toolbars I copy my .xlb file to the other 2 or 3 machines I
work on. However my Personal.xls file is not located in the same

how can I sort column based on number of caracters in the cell.
Column is formated as text, values in cells are just numbers and
numbers and letters respectfully, number of caracters varies from 6 to
10, some of the cells in column have leading zeroes. I need to separate
