I have been supplied a huge Excel file, but all the text has been entered as
CAPS. Is there anyway in Excel that you can change this to Upper and
Lowercase or just lowercase would do.
I am using Excel 2000 on an XP PC.

I am entering text into a cell and I want it to go on to the line within the

Hello all.  Maybe someone will know how to help me with this.  I am

Hi friends,
Is there any way to count how many blocks of data are there on a sheet.
You can call it as tables or blocks. If there are many tables (Data
blocks) are there on a single sheet is there any way to get a count of
