Lotus used to have two icons, one that took you to the first cell of the sheet and the second that took you to the last used cell of the sheet. ARe there icons in excel for this?

I do a lot of work in Excel with adding, multiplying etc of cells. I have always created a "math function" toolbar which contained "+", "*", "/"', "(", ")", etc. Thereby eliminating the need to go back and forth between the mouse and the keyboard. I can't seem to find anything ...

in Excel 2003 I disable the "Edit directly in cell" option so that when I double-click on a cell that has a formula link ='Sheet1'A23 the cursor goes to cell A23 of Sheet1. It is very useful for me to nabvigate
