How can one set up a survey form in Excel?

I have a list of business addresses and phone numbers in 1 column. Ideally I

i wanted a percntage in one box of a colum but now every box in that colum

I'm trying to make a completely new pivot table out of an existing
pivot table where the existing table is actually the source data (not
the original data table).  The problem I have is that this intermediate
pivot table has 3 columns of unique values (with over 1000 rows) before

In the A column I would have "Date Expected"

In some worksheets that I've inherited, I noticed that there seems to
be a way to give sheets a background color other than
Format/Sheet/Background (which uses an image) and

I currently use the following macro:
Selection.AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:="<>"
How can I change thus macro so that the "1"in field would be changed to the

I am using the Sum function.  My range has blank cells.  I am entering 0 for
No.  If I get a Sum of 0 then I have an answer of False.  But how do I stop
Excel from displaying 0 when the range of cells is left blank?

How do I delete columns from my spread sheet?  When I right click the word
"delete" isn't highlighted, so it doesn't work.

I have 300 numbers and 1 number. I want to know whether that 1 number
is the sum of the combination of those 300 numbers and which several
numbers in these 300 numbers sum up to produce that 1 number. Some of
these 300 numbers are same. Can I use Excel to work out that question?
