When I enter a number in a cell, like a serial number with 16 digits, it always makes the last number a zero even when it isn't. For instance I will type 23467923400998 but it will show 23467923400990

Does anyone know of a way to group a text box to a data point in an excel chart? I am unable to click on both items to use the Group. If I add x axis points, the text box is no longer near its point. If this is not possible, I'd like to know that too.

I need only 30 rows, 7 columns in my worksheet, and I don't want more rows and columns to be present, even the row/column indicator at the left/top of the view (i.e. I don't want to see 31, 32, 33,... at the left border or H, I, J,... at the top).

I have an excel spreadsheet and I want to lock portions of it ... not all. Can that be done. Locking alone doesn't work, but protection locks the entire worksheet down. How do I beat this? Thanks.

At the bottom of a couple thousand rows of data, I have =MAX and =MIN formulas. Is there some way I could make the cells beneath my MAX and MIN formulas show me the address of which cell has the displayed MAX or MIN value? At least the row number?
