I have a spread sheet with columns
D= Weekstart (1/1/2006),  E=weekend1/7/2006, These are to test a range for
each week       and then  I=workday 1/3/2006,   J=hours (4)

I'm working with 2 Excel sheets, PLY TABLE and LIBRARY TABLE.

I almost always use CONTAINS. Can I change the default so that it'll
automatically display CONTAINS as the starting criterion? If so, how? I'm in

(e.g., 00:00) each day, or by averaging all of the values for one day.  The

I have 1 column of information with over a thousand rows of info. I want to
just delete some info in the cell and keep the rest. Anyone have any idea how

I have noticed that the toolbars look different depending on how Excel
starts. If I click on a spreadsheet file to launch Excel the toolbars
look flat and have a dotted outline around them. If I start Excel from
