I am having an issue with conditional formatting. I want traffic lights to
be displayed, which I can do no problem, however I cannot get them to change
color properly.

I am trying to display the month in text after I use the =month command. This
gives me the month number I need to the month name..

let's say i have a number in cell A1
i need a formula that figures out the following:
if A1 is less than or equal to 40,000, then the result should be $0
if A1 is between 40,000 and 60,000, then the result should be $75

How does one go about getting current data from Access to Excel without all
