IF function if you omit the false parameter, the function returns "FALSE" =IF(A1="Bob",TRUE) so why doesn't it return "TRUE" so you can omit the true parameter

I am trying to write an expression that takes an amount in a separate column and if it is less than or equal to $100 shows $100. If it is greater than $100 then show the original amount. So, if the amount is $500 then $500, but if the amount is $56 then $100.

I'm using excel 2003 and for some reason with my spreadsheet, I cannot scroll to the right. I do see the data showing up on top but I cannot view the columns that have the data. When I hit on the right or left arrow, the screen stays on the same cells. Could anyone please tell me

This must be a simple key stroke. I work out a formula in H2 cell - it works! So I want to copy that to the rest of that column. It's a long column, I don't even know how long unless I do an "END".

Greetings! We are using the 12 hour clock format in our time sheet and were able to calculate the hours worked, however, we want to display the time 4:00 PM as 4:00 without the PM with the same calculation result.
