I have two columns A and B. Each row of Column A has text type data
and each row of Column B has integer number or empty cell.
Each of them related.
The idea to do is that how to join each row from column A with empty cells

Every time Excel starts it tries to access the internet.  I am not running
any macros on startup and I see no reason it should try to access the
internet.  Does any one know what it is doing during these accesses?
