I'm trying to make a vb macro for a sheet in excel. The sheet has inventory quantities in every other column. I would like for any quantity count under "10" to turn red. Anything "10" or greater to stay black. I'm not a programmer really. Could anyone suggest some syntax

I have a spreadsheet sent to me and in several cells when you click into the cell to enter the data a box appears with the instructions as to what to enter. It does not appear to be comment as it does not show an indicator. How do make a note as described for a cell?
