Can i automaticly fill in the date by selecting a cel? And when possible  
automaticly a button or something to change the date + and - at least for  
the day count and if possible also to change the month. For example a  
button left and a button right from the cel with the date to ...

I have a performance spreadsheet containing multiple worksheets, each
worksheet holds performance data for an individual fund. Each of these
funds has its own spreadsheet containing static information about the
fund.

I've extracted some data from a system using COGNOS and would like to
reorganize the date...having all my columns to become rows and my rows to
become columns.  For example, my data looks like this:
Name            Birth Date           Plant              Salary

I have 3 amounts and I need to calculate a discount on the 2nd and 3rd lowest
fees.  They may all be the same amount or they may be different.  There may
only be 1 amount in which case there is no discount.  Any suggestions?

I've data validation set so that only the number 1 can be entered, but
even this cannot be entered if an adjacent cell is a certain value.
this works for direct entry, but not if the value is pasted in or added
using the "drag handle".
