I am a novice Excel user and have a formula I would like to copy to
more than 100 cells in a column. I am hoping there is an easy way to

I have developed a small tool to aid our salespeople in preparing sales

If I have the following data

I am entering data to column B, a 5-digit number.  Is there a formula
that I can put in column D that will tell me if the number is a
duplicate.  The numbers batch numbers from the accounting system.
There should be only one.  But since I am entering the batchs with them

I want to check another columes if one of columes are not blank.
For example, I need to check B2,C2,D2,E2 & F2. If B2 is not blank, then A2
will show "1". If D2 & F2 is not blank, it will show "3" in A2.
Thats mean A2 need to show the first item which is not blank.

On an excel spreadsheet that I have, I have a column which I want
locked so only validated data can be placed in the cells.  However,
there are multiple acceptable choices (ie column 1 could include choice

I try to open .CSV files from excel but they open in a single column.

I need to provide a way to restrict data entry on a large range.
For example, I need the first 100 rows of column 1 to only provide
'yes, no' as possible entry values. The first 100 rows of column 2 to
provide 'yes, no, maybe'; the first 100 rows of column 3 to provide
