Could anyone PLEASE help me with a single cell formula that would take the
difference between TWO cells containing Dates AND Times, and return the
elapsed difference in the following format:
"3 Years, 9 Months, 15 Days, 14 Hours, 8 Minutes, 16 Seconds"

In a spreadsheet I'm creating sheets for each month with rows of data below.
Each day and month is listed in a row at the top of each monthly sheet with

I found my tools bar.  It was hidden.
However, the file "excel.xlb" dated back in 11/05/2001.  I made some
changes on the tools bar in 12/06 (added in macro, removed the unused
ones....).  Should the file be dated in 2006 rather than 2001?

Greets all I'm trying to concatenate a column into one cell. Is thier
a way to have concatenate work on a range of cells in a column or a row.

I have two columns of data and want to count the number of occurences
when one column has something and they other something else.  For
example I want to count the total number of occurences that have
Atlanta and 2.  The answer should be 3.  How do you do this?
