Cells D6:D88 contains target scores, cells F6:F88 contains actual scores. I want a formula in F89 that counts the number of instances that the F cell is less than the D cell for the entire range of F6:F88. Any help is appreciated...

In Sheet2, I've created links to the data in Sheet1. Now I wish to delete Sheet1, and replace it with a new sheet which I will name Sheet1 (replacing the whole sheet and not just the data in it is a neccessity).
