In column A, I have a list of employee numbers. In column B I have their first name, and in column C their last name. What I want to do is to enter an employee number in a cell, and for that cell to return their first and second name. How can I do this please?

I was wondering how how can I make reference to whole cell. When I write ie. =B2 to A1 it only brings the value of B2 to A1. So how can I make same thing but also get the "cell format" from B2 to A1?

I have searched the Microsoft site and Googled without success so far. I am looking for a basic (yearly) rainfall template that will give totals for each month and a final yearly total, although progressive totals would be good.
