I have a spreadsheet that is displaying values to the nearest 2 decimal places. I'm dealing with money, so this is ideal. However, when I total them, I'm getting a total that's a penny off since it's computing on the entire value, not just the 2 decimal places that's displaying ...

From a colleague I received an Excelsheet to publish at our website. In this Excelsheet I have disabled the Windows Options <Row & column headers>. The Excelsheet I have simply saved as an <Excel Workbook>. At the website I have placed a hyperlink "http://.../..../subscriptions.xls"

In Excel 2003 I could open four worksheets and save them in the same space and alignment as a WorkSpace file. Can I still do that and how? I could not find it. M Simonian

At the office we use Lotus Notes 6.5. In this database we have instructions with excel files attached to them. When we open them, the title is generated by Lotus Notes i guess.

Is there a way to do formatting quickly? Or is there a good place to learn the logic of it? I have a budget spreadsheet that was created somewhere else. It's quite simple, prints on one 8.5 x 11 page, but updating the formatting takes longer
