Here is a snip from an e-mail from one of my clients... Our nurses have an excel folder that has one file for every resident. Each file for each resident is updated one time a month. It is 728kb in size. The files have quite a few check boxes. The files are on our network drive.

I have a column with times in the format 8:20am. I tried to change the format for the column to military time ( which is shows in the choices )but nothing happens. I've tried changing individual cells and that didn't work either.
