Here is a snip from an e-mail from one of my clients... Our nurses have an excel folder that has one file for every resident. Each file for each resident is updated one time a month. It is 728kb in size. The files have quite a few check boxes. The files are on our network drive.

Is there a way to join two points on a line chart/scatter graph despite a gap in the data? I have several samples that were each tested at different time points and I would like to join the data from each time point together despite the existence of 'empty' time points.
