Hi all.  I have a question that seems like it would have an easy
solution, but several hours of searching through the message boards
hasn't solved it yet - so here it is:
I have a pivot table which is updated monthly from a database.  I use

On Sheet1
I have a list of dates in column B and a list of numbers in column C.
I have data in all columns up to M.
In sheet2 I have todays date in A1: =today()

Is there a way to create a checkbox directly on my spreadsheet but not
have the user have to use the mouse in order to check the box. I am
looking for a key board shortcut or a way to assign a key so that when
tabbing thru the checkboxes I can just hit a key and fill in the box

When my comments appear, they always start with
