I have a problem while trying to use the formula to convert decimal values to
hexadecimal (DEC2HEX) Instead to get the formula result, I'm getting the
message "NAME#?" How can I solve this problem?

would allow me to sum the cells with numbers and then divide that by the
number of blank cells.
