Using Conditional Formating from the Format menu I am setting the Pattern for
cells containinig a number greater than 6 to Green. This works fine except
empty cells i.e. containing no data, go green.
Has any one got any suggestions?

I am looking for a tool to repair corrupt excel sheet files. Any body
knows?

I like to keep a worksheet for my credit cards and when I copy them and
paste into a worksheet every other row is blank ( is has a light gray fill )
I would like to delete every other row.  Can this be done ??

Given - interest calculated daily, paid monthly. no interest change in this
timescale.
Quoted rates are  Annual rate 5.34% gross = AER 5.45% (less 20% tax from
both rates, = NET)

Column A has different values (these are not important). In column B I want
to show the time that say cell A1 was changed. I have tried several methods
but all result in all the times in column B being changed to the same time.

I have some timed data to enter. Each entry has two values: (1) number
of repetitions and (2) elapsed time in minutes and seconds (mm:ss).
Some sample data is:

We would like to create an "interaction" matrix.
I would manually enter data in a column.   I would want this data
automatically created in column heads.

if we give 20 nuber of students how can i calculate their ranks,means 6
subjects will be there, they have to pass all subjects and i want students
list rank wise

If I have a workbook with say five worksheets all containing the same
columns of data, just different values, with row A of each worksheet having
an auto filters... is there any way to link the auto filters across all five
sheets? so that if i filtered on say "Name" in Sheet one. ...

Is this possible ? I would like (for instance) to have Arial 12 point and
Wingdings 18 point in the one cell. I know I can mix bold, plain and
underline using keyboard shortcuts.
