I've got a problem.  Here's the scenario:
I've got one cell that has a value (block is A6), and then a string of cells
with a value in each (A3, B3, C3, D3, E3).  I want H6 to test A6 against A3 -

Is there something that works on visible, filtered cells like
"ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select" works on visible, unfiltered ones?
What I mean is the have cursor movement happening to what is visible yet

Hello:  I have an Excel model where there are two columns, A & B.  I
need a validation rule that prevents entries into the B column if a
condition in A is present.
For example in cell B1 I would have the data validation rule formula

After typing a formula in (let's say) Cell A3.. what are the hotkeys
to apply that formula to the LAST populated cell in the row? (or
column?)  Is this a valid thing to attempt or ask?  Again.. its often
