I know that I can save a template in 2003 with the name "Book.xlt" in the XLStart folder and it will become the default workbook when starting Excel. This does not seem to work in 2007. Does anyone know how to do this?

Excel 2007 Toolbars have BOTH icons and explanitory labels. I now have to click-bitch my way through multiple tool bars. What a cluttered waste. There don't seem to be any sort of options, program customization, selecting file

I know I can create a bookmark in Word and then insert a hyperlink in Excel such that when you click on it, it launches Word and navigates to that location. Not bad. I've also found that I can copy the relevant Word section and embed the object in Excel. Pretty cool. Closer.
