Is there a way to force the user to enter in in ALL CAPS in a particular cell irrespective of whether the keyboard has caps lock on or off? Like we can give a condition to enter only Numbers / logical select

If I hide the row/columns containing the source data of a chart the respective series disappears from the chart. Is there any way to hide chart source data without affecting the chart? Many thanks,
