Does anyone knows how can apply the countif() function partial? (for ex. If i have the column A10:A100 to apply countif() in the follow cells A54, A67, A72:A79 , A87, A91:A95, A98.) If that impossible, any other idea?

I have Excel 2003 at work and I want to save a file it in a flash drive or cd and work on it at home using Excel 2007 then later update the file at my work (Excel 2003). Is this possible? or if I save it in Excel 2007 I can't go back to Excel 2003. Any tips will be appreciated. ...

I have a workbook that has too many tabed worksheets. Is there any way to easily set up a "first worksheet" Table of Tabs (contents) worksheet, so that when I select a tab from the Table of Tabs, it will take me right to the worksheet?
