Looking for someone who knows vlookup.

Allowing space to add further rows in a spreadsheet gives me a whole row of
totals where the formula is tagged as 'formula omits adjacent cells'.  How
can I get the thing to ignore the lot at once rather than having to open all
the drop down dialogues one at a time?

Is there a way to have a cell validate the following parameters:
1. Ignore blanks
2. Date greater than 1/1/07
3. "NR" value is acceptable

I have opened a workbook in multiple windows (to view side by side) but
would now like to close the additional windows.  How can I revert back to
just one window?

Each person on my list has put their own name in themselves, in upper and

I have a series of numbers in excel that i would like to group as soon as
they add up to =>1.  For example A1 & A2 do not ad up to be >1 but sum(A1:A3)
does.  Therefore I would like it to say "Group A1, A2 & A3".  After it groups
A1, A2, and A3 I would like it to start over with ...

2007....knew how to do it in 2003 ... but cannot figure it out in 2007.
