I'm trying to find all the 0's in a certain column and replace them with a blank. However, when I hit the "find next" it finds a number that's not 0. For example, it'll find the number 126.423 which doesn't even have a 0 in it at all. I don't what the problem is.

In A1, I type in 0001 and in A2, I type in 0700 (both cell in Text format) In A3, I like it to display the hours in between 0001hrs to 07000hrs in Hours rounding it up to 7 hours instead of 699. How to I make it happen? Thank you.
