Is it possible to open an excel document at the top of the sheet no matter how it's saved.. without using a macro (I dont want users to have to enable macros)?? If it is possible, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

As long as I've been doing this I've never encountered this problem before. I have only one form and no modules. When the program starts, unless certain conditions are met I want to exit before showing it.
