I have a table with three columns of data. Column A contains a part

I have a column that shows employees working on a given day.  The bottom
cell of that column "total"s the number of employees working.

I've created a checkbox in A1.
If the checkbox is checked, I want B1 to appear as 1 and if not, 2.  I
cannot get my if function to work.  The worksheet recongnizes A1 as an empty
cell.  I tried checkbox1>"1", and got a name error message.  Help.

When I click on the data in the pivot table and deselect a column by
unchecking it, it disappears from the data list and I can't get it back
unless I go back to the layout & manually put it back in each time.  Does

I have a long list of names and some of them have tilde's over certain
letters in their names.  I need all of those tilde's removed but it doesn't
seem like the Find/Replace is going to work in this instance.

In my reinstallation of Excel 2007, in the list of macros (Alt+F8) the name
of the workbook containing the macro is displayed first followed by the
macro name which makes it quite difficult to track down the one you are
