checked so that it is checked on everything, rather than having to go through

I have created a Macros to view the Analtyical Reports in the Excel.
When the user is trying to get the data from the server he is getting an
error message though i am able to perform the operation successfully on my
env.

Is it possible to shade fields progressively darker or lighter depending on
the values. For example, I would like the following values to have the
following colours:
-5 dark red

I use excel to print blank invoices for my company and i want that prints on
the invoice to go to the next higher number after everytime i print.  any
suggestions?
