In an attempt to save file size, I would like to use paste special to past Excel graphs as pictures within Excel. I know you can paste special as pictures within PPT, but is it possible to do it within Excel????

I am working in Excel 2007 on a spreadsheet created in 2003 - when I try to insert a row (on any sheet) I get the message "cannot shift objects off sheet" and the OK button. Not sure what this means or how to correct it but I cannot insert any rows.
