I'm doing a spreadsheet for exam results statistics at the school where I
work.
In a column I'm using =COUNTIF(E23:AE23,"A") for the rows of each pupil
where the columns are the subjects.

do I subtract a number of work days from a given date?  (If I know when the
project must finish and the number of days it will take, When should I start?)

I want cell A1 to change to a green font if cell B1>0 and B2<=0 and B3="nw".
All three conditions must be true before A1 turns to a green font.  What

I know that this is a dumb question, but after adding three option
buttons on a worksheet and grouping them, I cannot exit the edit
mode.  Whenever I select a option button, I get the rectangle with the
four circles to resize it.  If I select the other two option buttons,

Seems like the default behavior of Excel is to open up a new
child window for each .XLS I double click on.
Is there a way to have it open up a separate, independent Excel
window instead?
