I was just curious does anyone know if you can recover an unsaved data, i
made changes to an excel worksheet and I accidently exited out without saving
the changes, can i recover all that data, it took me an hour to do?

I have an Excel application where I read a text file.Recently the text
file had a change and had three(3) new fields added.This data is now
in the last column.I want to parse this data which has a space
delimiter into three seperate columns.There are 10 fields and the data

I have  about 200 entries in col a
Some of these entries are hyperlinks to other locations
I would like a macro to copy ONLY the hyperlinks from Col a to Col b
Currently the hyperlinked items are interspaced over the entire col a, I

always recalc - the majority of the cells do recalc but others don't and it
is random. I have the sheet- set to Automtic Recalc, i checked and the

Column B, Rows 5 thru 50 is used to type in dates on a timesheet.  Is it
possible to auto-fill dates in cells below a cell that a date has been typed
in, but then type in another date further down the column and all cells
below that reflect the new date?

I have a spreadsheet where my gridlines and text don't match when printed.
On other printers it prints fine. Other spreadsheets using the same printer
just fine. Any thoughts?

In Excel 2002 10.2614.2625, I have a worksheet in which I never want
to see the contents of any cell underlined, ever.
To implement this, I can press Ctrl-A to hi-lite the sheet, then Ctrl-

Where can I find advice or a tutorial for creating a variable from
selected cell contents, i.e. from the clipboard content.
I have a relative macro that captures a string from one worksheet and
searches for the string in a second worksheet.

One of my client's PCs has this problem. If Excel is opened first and a
saved worksheet is opened, it opens fast, But, if the file (.xls) is opened
from explorer (or a shortcut), then Excel takes about two minutes to open
and then the document is there.

Simply when you try to multiply 850 by 77.1 excel display the result to be
100000 !!!

I wonder if Microsoft is going to do anything about the =850*77,1 being
equal 100000 instead of 65535 error in Excel 2007. Any news of patch,
anyone?

I have a worksheet and  I can see all my boarders, even in print preview but
when I print it out the borders are gone, how can I fix this?

I have spreadsheet with 1200 data points,  I would like to search
these data points for certain value and have this value highlighted,
usually the value(s) I search for occur more than once, it just takes
