Spreadsheet keeps track of date entries as tasks are completed for an activity in a row. Looking for a formula to put in a column to check to make sure dates entered are in chronological order.

I do the formula =SUM(E9:E24) and I get ##### in my cell. I put the curser on it and it shows the number in a balloon but not in the cell and it messes my final totals. Why does it happen, and how do I fix it?

Is there an easy way to copy this to about 700 cells? =SUMPRODUCT((A4:A11998=S6)*(B4:B11998=V3)) there has to be an easier way to copy this.
