Some time ago, I did something - sorry, but I have no recollection what I did, to add certain folders to the vertical "Save In" band which runs down the left side of the File | SaveAs dialog box. The added folders are those in which I frequently save Excel files.

I'm striking out on this one. The gross formula is MPH = Distance/Time. But in this case, time is entered as mm:ss. e.g. 2:57 for two minutes, fifty-seven seconds.
