Several times a week i have a group of students penning out forms - i then

I am WAY over my head here, and you all have always been great help,
so hopefully someone can help with this.  I had someone write this for
me to use as an index at the top of a spread sheet.  It works

I'm striking out on this one.
The gross formula is MPH = Distance/Time.
But in this case, time is entered as mm:ss.  e.g. 2:57 for two
minutes, fifty-seven seconds.

Recently, I included a macro in my favorite spread sheet.  Unfortunately,
this macro triggers the macro protection features in Excel 2002.  Now I'm
really getting tired of closing that damned warning box. I suppose I could
