drawing objects in a sheet using c# or VB from an application and change
their contents?
text in a cell in a numeric formula10 Oct 2007 09:39 GMT6
If I'm adding say 4 cells, and one cell has text in it, is there a way to
disregard the text and get the numeric total? I get a #value! error now. I
can't ignore the cell because sometimes there are numbers in it. I could use
shading, but I really need a text designator in the ...

I have an unusual problem.  To me, anyway.  I cannot access Excel the way I
usually did.    I click the Excel icon (either the  icon from a file I saved

tries to install Excel.  Since I do not have the ...

xlsx password protected10 Oct 2007 01:56 GMT4
An ex employee password protected a xlsx (excel 2007) file.   She was not
authorized to do this but did it anyway.  Legal matters aside, is there a
way to reset this pw or open this xlsx file?  She probably used a strong
password.
Simple Division10 Oct 2007 01:20 GMT1
Have no experience with formulas but thought I could at least create a
division function.  Have a number of bills I share.  I just want to create a
cell that takes the value from the cell next to it and divide by four.  Could
not find a simple division formula in excel 2003.  ...
