Excel 2007- When highlight a cell using a wireless mouse, it highlights more

then closes it there is an extra file in the same folder that's on the LAN

I have a spread sheet in Excel 2000 and wish to include an engineering drawing.
The drawing is in a .dwg format and I also have it in .pdf however, it seems
that these are not importable into Excel. I guess I could plot and scan to
.jpg but a direct import usually is best.

What formula should I use if I want it to look at a specific cell and then
work out the total number between two numbers.
e.g. if cell H6 had 7-4 entered the number 9 would be returned.

I have checked the cell format properties and set it to general and then
number w/ 2 decimal, the only way i can get 1 to stay as a 1 is to change the
