How to put a text + today date in a cell?

How do I write the visual basic code for the following.
If the value in the cells in column A (sheet 1) matches the value in column
A (sheet 2), copy contents of cells N, O & P, columns in the same row, to
sheet 2 in A,B & C.

i have a worksheet in a workbook i need a password so no one can view it.
only the main user can view it by entering the password
it contain valuble information about the company
can someone help to create a password box from the main menu to open the

The problem only occurs with Office 2007 products (Excel most frequently,

till now ,the excel only support substitute the text in the cell,as we can
use SUBSTITUE function.
But if i want to substitue the symboals like ¡®-¡¯ or¡®#'£¬how can i do?

I have two monitors and would like to be able to open Excel-Sheet-One on one
monitor and Excel-Sheet-Two on the other.
I'm using Excel 2003 and Windows XP Pro (SP2).

Our Excel company timesheet has some dropdown list boxes that allow the user
to select what text will appear in the associated cell (e.g. a short list of
names of the person who will authorise the timesheet).

I have a list in column f, which gives me totals from columns d and e. From
rows 9 to 1095 constantly. This is all good.
But does anyone know how to bring up the last total in column f.
e.g (cell f1096) should give me the last total from f9 to f1095.

I wonder if someone more familiar with Excel could tell me the name of the

im trying to calculate the value of all items that contain the same
year & same month of the product purchase along with the purchase code
i have a tab (POSummary) that contains all purchases which list the
date purchased & date received .. for now, i just want to pay

I have a document that lists volunteers and their personal info (name,
email, phone etc.) with the Week number (1-5) of the Sunday when they
help out. Some volunteers are in age group K-2nd and the others are in
3rd-5th.

Here is what I have and I'm getting an error in line 1:

Stupid question but does anyone know why I don't get the Wizard when I drop
