What's the easiest way of copying a cell with a formula in it and
pasting it into another cell with the exact same formula?
I also have ASAP utlities, and I couldn't figure out how to do it with
that either.

Okay folks I have a painful .csv file that I recieve daily that is now my
problem. Granted I am only as good as my data so let me show you an example
of the data:
Column A                        Column B

I want to be able to type in UK NI numbers as say EG123456XZ and have
them formatted in a cell so that they appear as EG 12 34 56 XZ
Can anyone help with a simple formatting to do this?

I would like to take this time to thank all of the contributors to this
newsgroup.  I have often asked for help and it was provided even if it
meant multiple question and answer posts.
I use Excel a lot and am often stumped when trying to set up formulas.

I have a cell in excel that has a Validation list, and the list is a
sum of other cells so the values change based on what is entered in
other cells. my question is, is it possible to have the cell update by

Is it possible to know when we're aiming for a certain overall size, of how
many inches go into a row height and column width?  If I need an overall
size of, say, 2.75 x 5 inches, can I figure out how many units this would be
made up in in Excel?

How do I undo data entry in Excel cells? I must be brain dead because I can't
find the undo/redo buttons like I had on my "old" Excel 2003/Win XP. I am a

My row height will only go to 175.5 then when I increase it manually the
data just goes down leaving the top with no data. The more I manually
increase the cell height the more space I have on top. Comments don't work
because if I enter any data one the first cell as an example ...

Hi ilia,
I just used a macro that you wrote time ago to hide and disable all
the Excel functionality.
But now I can not turn it back and I'm having all my Excel blocked!!!

I have a spreadsheet of a rather large stocklist.  I use this to check off
the price charged on the invoice when we receive the goods, against the
quoted buy price in the spreadsheet. Column A3 - A8000 (ish) contains a
product code; B3 = description; C3 = buy price; D3 = sell ...
