What's the easiest way of copying a cell with a formula in it and pasting it into another cell with the exact same formula? I also have ASAP utlities, and I couldn't figure out how to do it with that either.

I would like to take this time to thank all of the contributors to this newsgroup. I have often asked for help and it was provided even if it meant multiple question and answer posts. I use Excel a lot and am often stumped when trying to set up formulas.

Is it possible to know when we're aiming for a certain overall size, of how many inches go into a row height and column width? If I need an overall size of, say, 2.75 x 5 inches, can I figure out how many units this would be made up in in Excel?

My row height will only go to 175.5 then when I increase it manually the data just goes down leaving the top with no data. The more I manually increase the cell height the more space I have on top. Comments don't work because if I enter any data one the first cell as an example ...
