Column 1 contains a list of dates in format DD/MM/YYYY
I want to manipulate this data such that another column shows    MM-YY
based on data in column 1.   The change from slashes to hyphen separation is
required.

im doing a find and replace on some data and once its done its auto

Hi,
I want to use a very light grey color in some of the cells in a worksheet.
RGB(234, 234, 234) should produce the color I want, but:

I realise that this has come up on this group before but I couldn't
find an answer for it. On my computer, selected cells in Excel 2007
are not shaded at all - I'm not saying the shading is faint, there is
literally no shading. See this picture as an example:

I have a ws with 17 columns, 8 of which are linked to a master ws
A user did a copy/paste over one of my columns and it overwrote my links
