I need a formula to compare 2 cells. I want the result of the highest value
cell to show up in the cell with the formula. Either cell can be the highest
value cell at any given time.
For example, cell BK27 has a value of 25

I have tried all sorts (less macros which I am seeking to avoid) and

I am trying to use Excel to search a row of data that is interspersed

When I try to view my worksheet in Print Preview, it will not show the last

I am writing a formula with a reference to a cell in another sheet, and
Excel is behaving oddly. Sometimes it will give me the result, ie what

I have a  an excel doc that I need the information entered to be transferred
to a log.  Each copy of the doc must be saved, so there are about 150
worksheet tabs, each one with a copy of the doc.  What I want to do is have
the information go to a log sheet as each doc is filled ...

Does anyone know how I can change the sheet colour from eye-piercing white to
something with a slight shade of colour. Crucially I want to do this without
losing the gridlines. I tried using the Fill tool but gridlines disappear.

I have a large amount of data where the 1st worksheet serves as the
basis for the second.  I want to have the second sheet filled
automatically, based on information in the first.  This is my set

I would like to have the active worksheet upon opening correspond to the

I have a small database (16 pages; 659 rows/13 columns) where the page break
consistantly shifts from its forced position (i.e. I have manually placed the
breaks where needed).  It is saved with new position intact, etc., but still
shifts when either reopened or after previewing ...
