Using Excel I formatted cells using fractions as quarters. how can I convert
the 2/4 to 1/2 now?
all of the numbers of my cells now show either 1/4, 2/4 or 3/4. I wanted to
be able to change the 2/4 for 1/2 without having to format each one. Thank

I have 2 columns of data.  One column is an account #, the second
column is the amount spent in one transaction.  So I have dupes in
column A, values I wish to keep and tally in column B.

I have a large spread sheet with normal black fonts i do not wish to display.
So I would like to filter the spreadsheet by red font and blue font.
Is this possible?

Does anyone know how to set own format in cell for numbers
have a number 4305605 and want 4.305
i.e numbers in tousand and a sign for tousand too or space like 4 305

I have references on sheet 1 column A and I have part of these references on

viewed but not altered or copied by the recipients. I have set passwords for
the worksheet and the workbook and against the modify in tool options.

Hi. I'm using Excel 2007. I have a row with a cell that contains a number,
say 4444.  I want to select this number and drag down so the following cells
below this row and cell with a number with appear as 4444.1, the next row and

this:  I have to set the column with zip codes to a required fixed width of 5

I was hoping someone could help me. Say I have a simple web form,
consisting of one text field. How can I get the contents of that text
field into a cell in my spreadsheet? For example, lets say, I type my
name "2eXtreme" into the Google search bar, is there any way I can run
