I have imported NBA Basketball stats from a specific site to a spreadsheet.  
When the stats change on the specific site, is it possible to have the same
change made automatically on my spreadsheet?
Example: What must I do to make the Won/Lost record for each team change

I need to design a spreadsheet that I believe is a little over my head.  I
have a list of quality scores from a call center as follows:

is there possible to create a mocro for all excel work books.

I've had a very basic formula return results I just cannot understand.
It's a simple COUNTIF(A1:A1500,C5)
C5 contains a text string.  The range A1:A1500 contains people's
initials i.e JO, AL, MC etc..

If I format cells (using the format cells dialog box>Custom) as :
+0;-0
when the value is zero it shows as +0. Is there any way to have negative
numbers as -X, positive numbers as +X and 0 as just 0.

Hello all! I am a teacher and I am trying to calculate what each student
scored on a test. Here's my setup:

I want to put all my movies that I have into a folder and then have them in
alphabetical order so they will be easy to find. I'm new to using any of
these programs. Just installed Office 2003 Basic.

Is there a way to have a cell expand automatically as text is added so the
entire text shows without having to manually adjust cell size?

I type in 0987 in the top bar and yet I press enter the number in the row
cell shows 987 and the top bar no longer has the zero.
I looked at format and i have tried number , general, custom etc -- HOw to
get the zero and all four digits to show?

I have a list of Mins, and a list of Max's. If someone was to enter in
a number in D3, I would like for it to lookup the entire list of Mins
and Maxs to see if the number entered falls within range of a Min-Max
row.

Hi.. i have a workbook with lots of sheets. I have a main sheet and
other supporting sheets. I want to have a drop down list in the
toolbar (only for this workbook) so that user can select which sheet
he wants to view.

I have a number in cell A1 (50) I have a larger number in B1 (100).
What formula can i use to search these two values as if they were min
and max, and return a word if found.
Example:

Occasional Excel 2000 user, can anyone please show me how to LOWER and
SUBSTITUTE all non-alpha characters in column with a hyphen (in Run Jane, see
Spot jump)?  : )
