It has been a LONG time since I have used Excel, and I am finding now that there is a great demand for highly polished Excel users out there, and I would like to become one, any suggestions on how to supplement the limeited knowledge I already have?

I am working on a spreadsheet that will automatically input dates. To calculate the day a class graduates. I need for it to exclude weekends and holidays. It would be best If I could make it use the =A1+1 formula somehow as we often change dates due to cancellation of training.

Can anyone help please with this formula. =COUNTIF(B208:AE208,"H") This works fine to count the number of H's in a row. What I need is to also count HD as .5 in the same row and add it to the final total.

I have a series of pictures in a spreadsheet that I am wanting to delete but am unable to find another way than individually selecting each one and manually deleting. I DO NOT want to hold CTRL and select as there are over 600 pictures to delete. Any ideas?
